Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty and personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
